Terms

In order for you to get the most out of your course of classes, all new clients are required to attend a 1 hour  1:1 either in the studio or online prior to signing up to a course of classes. If you are fit and have no pre-existing conditions this can be a 20 min online consultation.

Online & In studio Group courses of classes: When signing up for a course of classes you are buying your space in that class. Your space will then no longer be available to anyone else. This ensures that the groups are small, allowing time for individual attention. In addition, committing to a course allows for your progression in terms of strength, knowledge and ability. This is unlike a drop-in format, which can become discontinuous and may not produce the results you or we want. Therefore, clients must book and pay for the course in advance of the course beginning. Courses run between 5 and 8 weeks and typically follow the school term timetable. No refunds or exchanges can be given if you do not attend your class. However, if for any reason you need to miss a class, with prior arrangement,  giving at least 48 hours’ notice and if I have spaces, I will endeavour to find you a ‘catch up’ in one of my many online classes during that term, although this cannot be guaranteed.

Access to pre recorded classes and short homework films are available as part of any course of classes booking. This is not guaranteed.

If, due to any unforeseen circumstances, HD Pilates Cornwall need to cancel a class, you will be issued with a refund or credit for the next term, for that class. We will make every effort to rearrange the class first before cancelling.

If the UK, Cornwall, or the venue have to Lockdown all classes will be transferred to online.

If the teacher tests positive for covid or is contagious with a cold/virus but is still well enough to teach the class, the class will be offered online instead.

Private session termsAll private sessions should be paid for in advance by bank transfer or at the beginning of the session by cash or cheque. If you wish to cancel the session, 24 hours’ notice is required. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full cost needing to be met.

ONLINE CLASSES:

Once booked we have a strict no cancelation policy, however you can contact us up to 24 hours prior to your class to inform us of a need to change to another date and time. If you are unfortunate enough to become ill, please contact us as soon as possible and we will credit your classes to the following term (Please note if we have returned to normal working practices there might be a small additional amount to pay.)

If we offer you a catch up and you do not attend or give 24hours notice, your catch up will be forfeit.
